I operate on multiple levels:
- I search through recruitment platforms,
- I target candidates through my own network of contacts.
I find people who are a perfect fit for the profile of a given position and the environment of the company I work with.
I divide the recruitment process into stages:
- accurate profiling of the candidate sought (defining their tasks and responsibilities, areas of activity and expectations),
- active and passive methods of candidate acquisition,
- pre-selection of candidates eligible for the next stage of the process,
- preliminary interviews, with a detailed description of the candidate’s profile,
- presentation of 2-3 candidates who meet the employer’s expectations,
- During the process, I will provide detailed information (at least once a week) with a status report.
- Additionally, I offer to prepare the workplace for the candidate (preboarding and onboarding) so that the adaptation process runs as smoothly as possible.
