I have over 20 years of experience in recruitment processes in many companies and industries. Recruitment of employees in domestic companies and international corporations in many markets.

Guarantee of an individual approach and full commitment to the process—until the right candidate is found.

I operate on multiple levels – I search through recruitment platforms, while also targeting candidates through my own network of contacts, finding people who come recommended and are a perfect fit for a given position.

I divide the recruitment process into stages:

  • accurate profiling of the candidate sought (defining their tasks and responsibilities, areas of activity and expectations),
  • active and passive methods of candidate acquisition,
  • pre-selection of candidates eligible for the next stage of the process,
  • preliminary interviews, with a detailed description of the candidate’s profile,
  • presentation of 2-3 candidates who meet the employer’s expectations,
  • During the process, I will provide detailed information (at least once a week) with a status report.
  • Additionally, I offer to prepare the workplace for the candidate (preboarding and onboarding) so that the adaptation process runs as smoothly as possible.
