Feedback
Constructive feedback
Constructive feedback is one of the most important tools supporting the development of organizations, teams, and individual employees.
Feedback should primarily be:
- specific,
- based on facts,
- focused on solutions rather than on judging the person.
It is also important that it is communicated in a manner that respects the interlocutor, with a clearly defined goal of improving or reinforcing desired actions.
As an experienced coach, I help:
- understand the essence of communication in the form of feedback,
- recognize the benefits of managing this model for the entire organization,
- skillfully use feedback as a tool.

Effective feedback
Effective feedback is worth sharing:
- on an ongoing basis,
- in the appropriate context,
- in maintaining an atmosphere of openness.
It is good practice to refer to specific behaviors or situations and to indicate possible courses of further action. Active listening and a willingness to engage in dialogue are equally important—feedback should be a conversation, not a one-sided message.
When used regularly and consistently, constructive feedback builds a culture of trust, strengthens employee engagement, and has a real impact on the quality of cooperation and the effectiveness of the organisation.
In this training, I will give you specific tools and we will practice methods for using feedback as a useful tool.
