2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry fields are protected at the transmission layer
    (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on
    the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

    the Controller, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if
    there are valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and
    freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. The Administrator’s actions may be appealed to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2,
    00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. Personal data may be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), but this will not have any legal effect on you or similarly significantly affect your situation. Profiling of personal data by Google or Meta (Facebook) involves processing your data (including in an automated manner) by using it to evaluate certain information about you, in particular to analyse or predict your personal preferences and interests.

  • Preparation of an offer or conclusion of a contract, if the enquiry concerns the establishment of cooperation (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

  • Positive Solutions’ clients, understood as entities commissioning recruitment or training services.

The data will be retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and for the period resulting from the Administrator’s legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting regulations, if a contract is concluded), as well as for the period allowing for the pursuit or defence of claims (up to 6 years from the end of correspondence).
