Feedback
Constructive feedback
Constructive feedback is one of the most important tools supporting the development of organisations, teams and individual employees. Above all, it should be specific, fact-based and solution-oriented, rather than focused on evaluating the person. It is also important that it is communicated in a manner that respects the interlocutor, with a clearly defined goal of improving or reinforcing desired actions.

Effective feedback
Effective feedback should be provided on an ongoing basis, in the right context and in an atmosphere of openness. It is good practice to refer to specific behaviours or situations and to suggest possible courses of action. Active listening and a willingness to engage in dialogue are equally important – feedback should be a conversation, not a one-way communication.
When used regularly and consistently, constructive feedback builds a culture of trust, strengthens employee engagement, and has a real impact on the quality of cooperation and the effectiveness of the organisation.
In this training, we will provide you with specific tools and practise methods for using feedback as a useful tool.
