Tomasz Wszo\u0142ek<\/strong>: For over 20 years, as a coach and manager, I have been supporting organisations in team development, training process design and building effective work standards. I have extensive experience gained in Polish and international companies, where I was responsible for both employee competence development and the creation of operational and training structures from scratch.<\/p>

I have over 5,000 hours of communication training, over 6,000 hours of sales workshops and hundreds of hours of speeches and presentations under my belt. I have practical skills in recruitment, onboarding and talent development. I support companies that want to streamline the onboarding process for new employees, improve the quality of recruitment, and build teams that work effectively from day one.<\/p>

My experience covers the entire employee development cycle \u2013 from the proper selection of candidates, through their training, motivation and induction into the organisation, to advanced development processes for teams and managers. In my work style, I focus on openness, communication, a partnership approach, and real support that enables organisations to achieve maximum effectiveness.<\/p>

I have collaborated with companies such as Bose, Panasonic, and Milwaukee, where I developed sales and training teams and their competencies.
